Svätý Jur Exhibition of Wine

This competition, part of the town's wine festival (or 'hody'), takes place in the small wine town of Svätý Jur, only a few minutes' drive north of Bratislava.

The formal results ceremony will be held at 18:00 on Friday, 29 April, in the cellars of Svätý Jur's House of Viticulture (Dr Kautza Street 11). The wines will be available in the cellar for tasting by members of the public from 16:00 the same day, then all day Saturday and Sunday. As at other Slovak wine competitions, medals – gold, silver and bronze – are bestowed on the winning wines according to the number of points they are awarded by judges.
